Refer A Patient to the Tulane Pediatric Heart Center

At the Tulane Pediatric Heart Center, we know that time is critical in providing expert cardiac care. We see most new elective patients within 24-hours and more urgent cases either the same day in the clinic or in the emergency room. Tulane’s pediatric ER is staffed with the only board certified pediatric ER physicians in New Orleans.
Inpatient Transport

Tulane Hospital for Children has two 24-hour specialized transport teams. One team is trained in Neonatal transport and the other is Pediatric specific. If an inpatient requires treatment, he or she can come to the Tulane Pediatric Heart Center by ground or air accompanied by one of Tulane's dedicated transport teams.
