Tulane Medical Center hereby provides public notice that if an individual has concerns about patient care and safety in the hospital that the hospital has not addressed, the individual is encouraged to contact the hospital's Patient Relations Department at (504) 988-5934.

If the concerns cannot be resolved through Tulane Medical Center, the individual is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or by emailing complaint@jcaho.org
